Lake Chabot & Tassajara Park (San Francisco 2014)
August 3, 2014While I was in San Francisco a while back, I visited Lake Chabot and Tassajara Park, two national parks in the Bay area with some friends, Sam and Logan. Logan was one of the girls I had met at an photographer meetup in San Francisco, and I met her friend Sam, during this trip a year later. Even a year after the San Francisco meetup, I still remain very thankful for that experience as it helped me develop contacts and friends in San Francisco. We explored around the two parks and found some great places to take photos, including a hidden path and creepy, old abandoned house. When we reached the abandoned house, it was around 5 PM, and the sun was beginning to go down. After debating the pros and cons of going in or not, we finally decided to enter the house. Building up our courage, we went in and started shooting in the midst of splintering wood and pieces of trash. The sun was slowly setting over the mountains and we got some beautiful shots.
