REPRESENTATION means everything in the media-dominated world in which we live. My message is that certain individuals and groups are underrepresented and need a voice. Every photo I snap tells a story about an individual with a rich history and a set of traditions and beliefs which they wish to share with the world. Through photos and descriptions, I will reveal these beliefs and experiences for Western populations. My experiences created a desire in me to develop a cultural bridge between underrepresented populations of Asia and the curious citizens of the West.
